Ingredients for making chicken fricasé with maize cream:

 2 chicken breasts

 1 onion

 2 garlic cloves

 2 cans of drained green corn

 2 cups of whole milk

 2 tablespoons of wheat flour or greater (shallow spoon)

 ½ sour cream

 2 tablespoons of butter

 1 straw potato package

 1 chicken broth tablet

 Black pepper

 salt

How to make chicken fricasé with maize cream:

Cake the chicken breasts in a pan with water and the broth tablet for 20-30 minutes. Remove, shield and reserve.

Prepare the simple corn cream by blend the corn (reserve a little to decorate), milk, cream and flour. Reserve.
